Why do I feel small crystals or hard lumps inside my new Vivi Fresh pack?
Sometimes salt crystals can form inside a new Vivi Fresh pack. This won’t impact how it works, and it’s still totally fine to use.
Typically, new Vivi Fresh packs are pliable and squishy. But due to the nature of Vivi Fresh’s all-natural formula, occasionally salt crystals can form inside the pack. Sometimes changes in temperature can cause this to happen; other times it’s a result of a pack being left sitting in one place too long. This change in texture does not affect your Vivi Fresh pack’s performance.
