How to update your shipping address or payment information

1. Log into your Vivi account and click ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ under your order history
2. Select ‘Address & payment details’ from the sidebar menu
3. Select ‘Manage addresses’
4. Enter your updated information into the address form
5. Click ‘Save changes’

To update your subscription payment information:

1. Log into your Vivi account and click ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ under your order history
2. Select ‘Address & payment details from the sidebar menu
3. Select ‘Manage payment methods’
4. Next to the method you wish to update, select ‘Edit’
5. Click ‘Send edit payment link’ to receive a secure link via email to update your payment information
