How do I track my order?

Head to your inbox and pull up your Vivi order shipping confirmation email.

Click over to your carrier’s website—either USPS (United States Postal Office) or FedEX—enter your tracking number, and rejoice in your newfound knowledge! Please wait at least 24 hours before entering your tracking number, as it can take time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Once your package information is available in the USPS or FedEx systems, you can check the progress all the way to delivery confirmation. 

Occasionally, international orders do not receive tracking updates once they leave the U.S. and may take up to 2 weeks for updates or delivery.
