Why do I feel small crystals or hard lumps inside my Vivi?
A brand-new Vivi is pliable, jelly-like, and “squishy.” Sometimes, small crystals or lumps can be felt inside the pack.
Those small crystals or mysterious lumps you’re feeling are simply salt crystals. Occasionally, the mixture of purified water, all-natural salts, and food-grade thickener goes a little heavy on the salts. As a result, small salt crystals that feel like hard lumps can occasionally form. These don’t impact Vivi’s performance, effectiveness, or shelf life in any way.
