How to skip, swap, or add products

First, log into your Vivi account and click ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ under your order history. From here you can:

Skip a product:

  1. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  2. Under the product you’d like to skip, select ‘Manage this subscription’
  3. Select ‘Skip’ next to any products you wish to skip until your next shipment
  4. Click ‘Yes, skip this order’ to confirm

Swap for a different product:

  1. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  2. Under the product you’d like to swap out, select ‘Manage this subscription’
  3. Select ‘Swap this for a different product’
  4. Select ‘Swap’ under your new selection
  5. Click ‘Swap product’ to confirm

Add a product:

  1. Select ‘View your next order’ from the sidebar menu
  2. To add a new product, shop from the ‘You may also like’ section or select ‘Browse all products’ to continue shopping
