If you’re not 100% satisfied with Vivi for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, guaranteed. Vivi products are guaranteed to be defect-free for 1 (one) year after purchase.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns Procedure
E-mail us at info@vivipacks.com to let us know you’re making a return, and mail the product to our corporate office. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the initial purchase. Please include your full name and order number inside the box with the return.
