How to reschedule or skip a subscription shipment and/or update your order quantity
First, log into your Vivi account and click ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ under your order history. From here you can:
Reschedule:
- Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
- Next to your upcoming order, click ‘Reschedule’
- Use the pop-up to choose when you’d like your next order to be refilled
- Click ‘Save changes’
Send my order now:
- Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
- Next to your upcoming order, click ‘Send now’
- Click ‘Send this order now’ to confirm
Skip my next order:
- Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
- Click ‘Skip’ next to the subscription you’d like to skip
- Click ‘Yes skip this order’ to confirm
Adjust my order quantity:
- Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
- Under the subscription you’d like to adjust, select ‘Manage this subscription’
- Update the quantity to the new desired amount
- Click ‘Save changes’
