How to reschedule or skip a subscription shipment and/or update your order quantity

First, log into your Vivi account and click ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ under your order history. From here you can:

Reschedule:

  1. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  2. Next to your upcoming order, click ‘Reschedule’
  3. Use the pop-up to choose when you’d like your next order to be refilled
  4. Click ‘Save changes’

Send my order now:

  1. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  2. Next to your upcoming order, click ‘Send now’
  3. Click ‘Send this order now’ to confirm

Skip my next order:

  1. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  2. Click ‘Skip’ next to the subscription you’d like to skip
  3. Click ‘Yes skip this order’ to confirm

Adjust my order quantity:

  1. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  2. Under the subscription you’d like to adjust, select ‘Manage this subscription’
  3. Update the quantity to the new desired amount
  4. Click ‘Save changes’
