How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your Vivi account and click ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ under your order history
  2. Select ‘Manage subscriptions’ from the sidebar menu
  3. Cancel individual product subscriptions by clicking ‘Manage this subscription’ under the product(s) you wish to cancel
  4. Cancel your subscription account by scrolling to the bottom of your subscriptions page and clicking ‘Cancel subscription’
