How long should it take to get my order?

Order delivery times vary from location to location. 

Head to your inbox and pull up your Vivi order shipping confirmation email.

Click over to your carrier’s website—either USPS (United States Postal Office) or FedEX—enter your tracking number, and rejoice in your newfound knowledge! Please wait at least 24 hours before entering your tracking number, as it can take time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Outside of the U.S.? International orders typically take 2 weeks to 30 days to reach their destination. Orders headed to Europe may take a week just to clear customs. Delivery times to Italy, Greece, and the Middle East are particularly slow due to various international considerations.
